The latest installment of the EMP Persistence Tour has come and gone leaving behind another year to look back at and go DAMN! Hardcore and heavy music is alive and well in Europe judging by the turnouts on this 11 date tour which included Hatebreed, Agnostic Front, and H2O… all heavyweights in the underground music scene of 2013. Also on this tour was California’s Stick To Your Guns, Germany’s Neaera, and Massachusetts/Connecticut based The Acacia Strain. This feature focuses just on the last date of the tour which was held at Poppodium 013 in Tilburg, The Netherlands on January 20th. Approximately 2000 people showed up in a snowstorm to check out the show and both Bas Spierings and Aga Hairesis were out there braving the elements to take everything in.
